Policy

IMPORTANT! Please read before making an appointment.

Terms & Conditions.

*Booking and Cancellation policy

  • All booking MUST pay refundable £20 deposit.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel/change the appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given-LONDON: FULL payment will need to be made for the missed appointment before booking new one.   SHEFFIELD: the £20 prepaid deposit will be used as cancelation fee. 

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment with 24H notice and not rebook, deposit will be refunded, or kept in system for 3 months from the day it was transferred.

*Lateness

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please inform as soon as possible.       LONDON:  Your appointment will not be cancelled but it will result with less lashes applied and might need to schedule the next refill sooner than usual.                                                                                                           SHEFIELD: If you are 30 mins late for your appointment, PBL have a right to cancel your appointment and classed as a no-show. Unfortunately due limited time, I may physically not be able to provide the service we will be happy with, nor can I delay/push back other appointments.

  • It is your responsibility to arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and to follow the aftercare advice given on your appointment. Please arrive with no eye makeup and/or oil-based products on or around your eye area. The extra time used to clean lashes will be taken off of the application time and may result in fewer lashes being applied.

*Refills

  • Refills are recommended every 3 weeks due to lash shedding and growth.

  • Anything past 4 weeks will qualify as full set.

  • You must have at least 50% left for your refill or full set price will be charged.

  • I do not do refill services on someone else's works.

  • If your lash extensions have very stubborn make up/build up on them or strip lash glue or mascara - an infill will not be possible. If, I do not have enough time for removal and new set at the time, you will have to reschedule for another time and £20 cancelation fee will be charged.

*Payment

  • All deposits must be done via Bank transfer. 

  • The remaining amount must be paid on the day. PBL accepts bank transfer and cash. Please make sure you have the correct change.

*Treatment

  • According to my insurance I cannot allow kids or pets in the treatment room.

  • Please arrive to your appointment alone.

  • Allergic reactions can occur at any point in time regardless of patch testing or length of time a product has been used without an issue. Allergic reactions are out of Pro Beauty Lounge control and though I will endeavour to assist as much as possible with FREE removal if a reaction does occur, refunds will not be given.

  • You have up to 72 hours after the appointment to notify Pro Beauty Lounge about any sudden fall out to get a free fix with first available slot I can offer.

  • You will not avail any discounts if your lashes were dirty on the appointment and no refunds will be carried out.
