Terms & Conditions


Please read carefully before booking your appointment.


1. Booking & Cancellation Policy


London appointments require card details to be securely stored via Fresha in order to secure your booking.
Sheffield appointments are booked via Treatwell and are subject to Treatwell’s booking and payment terms.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or in the event of a no-show:
• London: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-show, the full cost of the booked appointment will be charged to the card on file. 
• Sheffield: Cancellation terms will follow Treatwell’s booking policy.
Cancellation fees must be settled before booking a future appointment.


2. Lateness Policy


Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late, inform me as soon as possible.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, Pro Beauty Lounge reserves the right to cancel the appointment and classify it as a no-show.
Due to scheduling limitations, it may not be possible to complete the service to the standard expected if arrival is significantly delayed.


3. Preparation for Appointment


It is your responsibility to arrive:
• With clean lashes
• Without eye makeup
• Without oil-based products around the eye area
Time required to cleanse lashes will be deducted from treatment time and may result in fewer lashes being applied.


4. Refills


Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks due to natural lash shedding.
Appointments beyond 4 weeks will be charged as a full set.
A minimum of 50% lash retention is required for refill pricing.
Infills on another technician’s work are not carried out.
If lashes contain excessive makeup, adhesive, mascara, or strip-lash glue, an infill may not be possible.
If insufficient time remains for removal and a new set, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply.


5. Payment


London appointments:
Full payment is due on the day of the appointment via bank transfer or cash.
Sheffield appointments:
Payment is processed via Treatwell according to their platform terms.


6. Treatment Policy


For insurance and safety reasons:
• No children or pets are permitted in the treatment room.
• Please attend your appointment alone.


Allergic reactions can occur at any time, regardless of patch testing or previous history.
While every effort will be made to assist, including complimentary removal if required, refunds are not provided for allergic reactions.


You have 72 hours following your appointment to report any unusual excessive fallout. A complimentary fix may be offered at the earliest available slot.
Refunds are not provided for services where aftercare advice has not been followed.
If you do not agree with these terms, please contact Pro Beauty Lounge prior to booking to avoid misunderstanding.
